- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Bakery/Food Industry.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang,Jawa Barat.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Pro active, innovative and high motivated person.
- Good in both verbal and oral English communication

- Develop or Modify menus that meet quality standards
- Initiate, Conduct & Review on Baking Center, Exhibition & Baking Class/Demo
- Responsible for Product Management Roles and provide data analysis to Management
- Manage Kitchen staff Activites
- Perform estimation of food requirements, food/labor costs, equipments, and administrative duties
