    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Bakery/Food Industry.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang,Jawa Barat.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
    • Pro active, innovative and high motivated person.
    • Good in both verbal and oral English communication
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    Resposibilities :
    • Plan & Direct Bread Preparation & Culinary Activities
    • Develop or Modify menus that meet quality standards
    • Initiate, Conduct & Review on Baking Center, Exhibition & Baking Class/Demo
    • Responsible for Product Management Roles and provide data analysis to Management
    • Manage Kitchen staff Activites
    • Perform estimation of food requirements, food/labor costs, equipments, and administrative duties
