• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, anaysis, and recommendation to organization strategic thinking and direction
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employement processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee engagement and active leadership, compliance, and labor relations.
  • The incumbent will report geographically to Country Managing Director and functionally to Snr VP Asia Pacific
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any major from reputable universities
  • Minimum 10 years experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills with pleasant personality
  • High degree of self-confidence, initiative and commitment
  • Hands on, hard worker and proactive
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
  • Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area.
