REQUIREMENT:
 
  • Have minimum 2year working experience as HRGA
  • Able to speak Japanese Language (JLPT N2)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Fammiliar for handle Japanese PIC
  • Has good analytical & logical thinking, & well organized.
  • Having experience in startup company is better
  • Able to work in Jakarta Area
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
  • Handle HRGA Matters.
  • Handling general administrative jobs, prepare document, handle mail/phone, arrange meeting, filling document
  • Booking ticket or hotel for Japanese expat
  • Supporting for make Visa, Kitas, Imta, etc.
  • Translate document or interpreting from Japanese to English/Indonesia language or English/Indonesia to Japanese language.
  • Handle secretarial duties and supporting Japanese PIC.
  • Work together with HR Consulting (They are using consulting company for supporting HRGA Matter)
 
REMUNERATION :
 
  • Salary range 5.0000 - 9.000.000(Negoitable)
  • Medical insurance
