- Develops finance and tax strategies in line with organizational objectives
- Help planning and reviewing compensation strategies also Identify opportunities for improvement, while effectively and efficiently monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results. Including initiating corrective actions, cost reduction, and systems enhancement
- Manage effective tax planning across multi entities within the company
- Occasional traveling regionally in Asia to coordinate markets in China and Southeast Asia.
