    Job Descriptions :                       
    • Develops finance and tax strategies in line with organizational objectives                  
    • Help planning and reviewing compensation strategies also Identify opportunities for improvement, while effectively and efficiently monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results. Including initiating corrective actions, cost reduction, and systems enhancement                      
    • Manage effective tax planning across multi entities within the company                       
    • Occasional traveling regionally in Asia to coordinate markets in China and Southeast Asia.                        
    • Will be based in Indonesia or Singapore                      
    • Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement,; accumulating capital to fund expansion
