DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • 4 months program (November - January)
  • Create a form of payment for Entertainment BOD
  • Ordering book stationery to GA
  • Compiling and circulating memos, documents
  • Coordinating mailshots and similar publicity tasks
  • Organizing business travel arrangements (booking rooms and travel itineraries)
  • Organizing correspondences according to direction of the BOD
  • Distributing all meeting notices
  • Orginizing cash flow of petty cash
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skills: Computer packages such as Microsoft Office and Internet
  • Good english, writing and verbal
  • Fast typing skill
  • Good appearance and interpersonal skill
  • Great attention to detail
  • Trustworthy
