Your primary responsibility will be the technical solution crafter for clients in Dimension data business, and focus on a particular area of technology and associated products in low to medium complexity environments, which support Sales team to achieve business outcomes.
- Solicit clients requirements through country sales teams and designing solutions in terms of solution proposal, scope of work & bill of materials, that best meet client needs.
- Participate or lead in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses
- Achieve product sales to meet specified financial goals according to specified financial metrics
- To support cross BU (Business Units) on solution evaluation and technical proposal preparation as needed.
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years presales experience in networking or converged communications products/solutions
- Good working knowledge of common networking and converged communications products/solutions, such as Cisco, Tanberg, Avaya, etc.
- Possess CCNP/CCDP/CCIE qualification preferred
- Good industry knowledge on network and converged communications products/solutions
- Good client engagement skills and good relationship building skills to interact with internal & external stakeholders
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-driven, good communication skill, highly team oriented and willing to work under pressure
