    Job Description :
    • Do market survey, search new and contact exporters in Indonesia.
    • Sell products through telephone calls, email or meeting directly with customers.
    • Make appointment with customers, directly negotiate and persuade customers to buy paid products.
    • Achieve sales target monthly, quarterly, yearly.
    • Support and maintain relationship with customers.
    Job Requirements :
    • Graduated from universities or colleges – specialized in Business especially Business management and Marketing.
    • Have passion for business, more than 1 year of experience, priority to candidates who have experience in working as a telesales in insurance or service company.
    • Have communication and negotiation skills; creating and maintaining relationship with customers.
    • Have positive attitude and be hardworking, eager to learn, responsible, active and enthusiastic in work.
    • Be confident, have presentation skill and professional working style.
    • Work well independently or in group.
    • Elementary English at minimum.
    Quality :
    • Have good working ethics, clear career goals and dedicated to work.
    • Have no criminal record.
    Bonus Range :
    • Based on the effectiveness and sales revenue, salesmen will be given extra bonus monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
