iSystem Asia - Customer Strategy Excellence Center, a company based in Jakarta is a Management and Technology Consulting Firm, focusing on Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Performance Management & Business Process Management, with services range from training, certification bootcamp, consultancy to information system implementation.
The Solution Engineer will be responsible for :
- Exceeding technical challenges integrating iSystem Asia solutions into unique customer configurations, as well as being involved in the design, development and/or re-engineering of highly complex application components, integrated software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms
- Work directly with customer contacts to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with our software
- When a solution requires additional expertise, provide customer assistance by escalating and reproducing the problem to internal development sources until a solution is reached
Preferred Qualifications :
- S1 degree in Information Techology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
- Age between 21 – 25 years old
- Fresh graduate and/or having one 1-2 years past experience in a technical solution, sales engineering or similar position is a plus
- Mastering the programming logic, algorithm and flow
- Proven problem solving skills and the ability to logically troubleshoot issues
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong follow-through on tasks, requests, and projects
