  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): accounting software & database, advanced computer skills on ms office, ability to manipulate large amount data, proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standarts.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Dewi Sartika.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • proven knowledge of accounting principles , practices , standarts , laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Suitable work with under preasure
  • Having experiences working as an Accounting Audithor
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Process month and end year process , account payable/receivable , cash receipts , general ledger , payroll and utilities , treasury , budgeting , cash forecasting , revenue and expenditure variance analysis , capital assets reconciliations , trust account statement reconciliations , check runs , fixed asset activity , debt activity etc
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce fiancial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods , policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction
  • Having good knowledge about Taxes

During this time, Autonics sales office was incorporated and gained market share by building on sales agency networks, establishing A/S system and enlarging customers base
2010-2012
Reinforcement
In this periode, Autonics Indonesia carried out a comprehensive agendas of preparation towards the future. Those agendas include : reinforcement of corporate organization, expansion of sales network , providing exhibitions, seminars and technical support and improving stock management.
2013 –
(Preparation for the 2nd Take off) Leap Up
In this period, Autonics Indonesia expects the relocation of corporate office to a new company-owned building and the establishment of new data system will become the foothold for the company to take off for the second time in terms of revitalizing sales and marketing operations

Pros

Menurut saya, perusahaan ini secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik. Pergerakan perusahaan sudah cukup progresif. Perusahaan juga sudah cukup memiliki lingkungan kerja yang nyaman.

Cons

Tunjangan kesehatan masih belum diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawannya. Selain itu, jenjang karir di dalam perusahaan ini menurut saya juga masih kurang jelas.
