Business Development (Sales) Manager



    • To maintain good relationship and understand needs and wants of key Decision Makers of Customers
    • To formulate and execute innovative sales & marketing plans
    • To develop new business opportunities with focused ICT solutions (Hardware, Software, Services)
    • To manage Sales & Marketing Team in achieving sales goals and company objectives

    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales/ marketing of ICT solutions to corporates in focused industries (e.g. Financial Service, Telco, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail & Wholesale, Oil/ Gas/ Mining, Utility)
    • Ability to conceptualize and write attractive proposals based on Customer's requirements and plans
    • A highly self-motivated achiever who thrives in a target-driven environment
    • Long-term, loyal relationship with excellent attitude and creative leadership
    • Good communication & reporting skills (in Indonesian & English)
    • Having car is an advantage
