Job Description:
  • Oversees the full scope of human resources.
  • Organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development, and policy/procedure development.
  • Oversees development and monitoring of the human resources division budget.
