Project Coordinator (Project Owner - FMCG)


    • Candidate must possess at least, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field (Fresh Graduate can apply)
    •  At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Corporate  or  equivalent
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Kemang
    • Full-Time and Contract position available
    • Experienced with sales force (TL, SPG, MD, etc).
    • Skill : Communications, Leadership, English
    • Minimum age 23, maximum age 30

    • Manage, control & monitor the program in other to achieve program run wel in Regional (such as manages, control & monitors manpower agreements/contract, jobdesc performance & knowledge team, etc)
    • Doing report recapitulation, review analysis all conditions based on reporting
    • Measuring program result, propose some recomendations & doing action due to unexpected program result
    • Build relationship to the Client,
    • Coordinate & provide rapid response to the needs of client
    • Development team (execute team training,  team coaching, etc)
    • Issuing manpower policies & coordination with HRD & Management (warning letter issues, suspension, dispute & termination decision, etc )
    • Lead weekly & quarterly reporting meeting with the team
