Duties and Responsibilities :

    • Under Responsibilities Chef de Cuisine
    • Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
    • Respects and applies the standards and the procedures, the rules of hygiene and safety 
    • Supervises and motivates its team
    • To respect all of the menu that been standardize
    • Work together with other nationalities as well
    • Decorate the serving section
    • Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, of taste and temperature

    Requirements :

    • Has experiences min 5 years 
    • Able to post it overseas and in the country 
    • Team player and hard worker
    • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
    • Ability to multi-task


    • Fluent in English mandatory
    • Energetic and positive thinking 
    • Availability and international mobility for a period of 12 months 
    • Able to work long hours and work under pressure
    • Willing to travel alone
