    JUNIOR SECRETARY POSITION

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Assist a Senior Secretary in organizing and managing documents and reports that should be presented to their superior
    2. Preserve the schedules and manage events both external and internal.
    3. Working with the secretarial team, providing support to one another
    4. Implementing and maintaining an effective filling system.
    5. Photocopying, binding and storing all company documents
    6. Collecting and distributing all incoming post and deliveries
    7. Covering diary management required, including organizing travel and accommodation and email correspondence
    8. Office assistant tasks as required

    QUALIFICATION

    1. Relevant secretarial qualification eg. Secretarial Diploma
    2. At least 2 years’ experiences
    3. Competent with MS Office packages
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
