We are Japanese digital marketing vendor.
We decided to  start up new digital advertisement business in Indonesia.  
In Japan, we have already done digital marketing business for around 3 years. Especially we are in charge DSP (Demand side platform). Now a day, we already supported to Japanese national clients' to solve their marketing issue. We will launch new DSP products for Indonesia market from this October. 
So that we are strongly looking for potential candidate who will join as first employee!
  • Willing to work start up company and want to expand, gross business together, can be survived under pressure working environment.
  • Wan to try to learn new thing and adapt new thing, to be easy going, first learner
  • Good personality, Talkative, can make friend ship everybody, to be honest, good attitude, can adapt Japanese company culture.
  • Be able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • English should be business level (Office language English)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position ,also fresh graduate can be applied for this position. (We need potential candidates.)
  • Wanna make the career our company long term. (doesn't required job hopper.)
  • Prefer join in September 2016 up to before October 2016

Tempat kerja yang cocok untuk fresh graduate yang baru memasuki dunia kerja. Bosnya juga cukup pengertian dan bertanggung jawab. Dari segi gaji OK dan juga ada insentif.

Cons

Jenjang karir cukup sulit dan perusahaan selalu mencari orang baru yang lebih muda untuk dipekerjakan sebagai konsultan.
