    Job Purpose:


    Jobs Descriptions:

    • Develop and maintain productivity working relationship with costumer, such as and Users, Consultants, Contractors, Designers, etc
    • Develop strategic and long term relationship with key decision makers at End-Usher Accounts.
    • Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin.
    • Identify upcoming sales opportunities and influence costumer spaces to favor our products.
    • Create and deliver impactful presentation to inspire them of our product; clearly demonstrate the value propositions as influenced by changing legislation and new technology advancement.
    • Delivers solutions proposals, use dollarization and other sales techniques to secure a commitment to execute the projects.
    • Negotiate and secure project orders.
    • Achieving sales target given.
    • Build up and manage a strong sales team to meet the target assigned.

    Skills/ Qualifications:

    • Result-orientated person only need to apply.
    • Minimum of 5 (five) years of successful strategic sales experiences, especially in lighting industry,
    • Solid understanding of profitability and other financial measurement.
    • BA or BS Degree; Engineer Degree Preferred
