    Main Duties:

    1. Establishing, controling, & evaluating the implementation of company rules & regulation in accordance with labor regulation
    2. Developing, advising, implementing and communicating management policies
    3. Maintain relationship with other institutions (Industrial relations)
    4. Resolve company’s internal problem (accident, disaster, etc.)
    5. Recruitment & selection (for non staff level).
    6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of personnel and general affairs department
    7. Coordinating the implementation of the training, coaching, and evaluation for non-staff employees
    8. Handle the disciplinary, & termination of employment 
    9. Other duties as assigned


    Requirements:

    1. Male, max 40 years old
    2. Bachelor Degree from Law or equivalent 
    3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position 
    4. Preferable candidates who has experience in Manufacture Company that has more than 500 employees
    5. Expertise in personnel administration, labor law and regulations 
    6. Knowledge & understanding of current challenges, policies and developments at national level
    7. Honest, fast learner, discipline and independent 
    8. Excellent communication skills and able to deal with a range of people at all levels
    9. Diplomatic, have a great leadership, team work skills, problem solving, and analytical thinking
    10. Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations 
    11. The ability to work under pressure 
    12. Excellent time management and organisational skills, including working on own initiative and prioritising own work and the work of others.
    13. Good computer skills
    14. Work placement in Surabaya
