    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
    • Required skill(s): human resorces, general affair, recruitment, organisation development, industrial relation, Training.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
    • Preferably Asst Manager / Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
     
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
     
    • Responsible for managing Human Resources and General Affairs function to support the key business needs
    • Recruitment, Training, compensation & benefits, payroll, human resources and management report
    • Responsible for the conduct of all activities HR capable of supporting the company's operations
    • Ensuring Company and Employment Regulation
    • Making Contract agreement & Evaluation Employee
    • Handling Government, man power, and Industrial Relation
    • Making Contract agreement & Evaluation Employee
    • Ensure goods relationship harmonious communication with management, employees and vendors
    • Ensure the operational activities associated with employee discipline and employment
    • Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
     
    EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :
     
    • Education: Diploma Degree/Bachelor Degree Psychology, or any discipline that related to Human Resource
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years as HR & GA Manager
    • Have a knowledge about Labor Union, Industrial Relation, Company Regulation
    • SIM A, driving license is a must

    Pros
    • Perusahaan sangat memperhatikan karyawannya dengan memberikan gaji yang terbilang lumayan besar dan pemberian tunjangan yang baik. Penerapan worklife balance juga sudah baik.
    • Perusahaan memberikan jaminan kesehatan kepada karyawan dan keluarganya berupa BPJS, upah yang diberikan juga lumayan besar sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan.
    Cons
    • Jenjang karir yang tidak jelas, nilai perusahaan yang kurang diterapkan secara maksimal dan sistem manajemen yang tertutup kepada seluruh karyawan.
    • Worklife balance perusahaan masih kurang baik, jenjang karir juga tidak jelas dan sistem manajemen yang berlaku masih belum efisien sehingga perlu dibuat perubahan.
