    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • To work within a team environment to assist Director and Managers to meet project objective by coordinating administrative, reporting and document control activities for the project
    • Project petty cash management
    • Looking after Site Office operation and maintenance
    • Carrying out miscellaneous administration work for the project staff required
    • Organize dinners, and team building activities as required
    • Assisting in coordinating travel and accommodation for visitors to the project
    • In charge of documentation transmittal
    • In charge  minutes of  meeting record and file cabinet
    • In charge of internal documentation control strategy and flow
    • Control of project budget and updating project forecast as per project progress
    • Tracking head contract and sub-contractor variation order
    • Looking after supplier and sub-contractors payment request application
    • Other tasks and assigned
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Bachelor Degree in Construction or Administration field would be preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with some experience in construction industry
    • Ability to work in English and possess excellent written and Oral English
    • Proficient working Knowledge of computer systems and software  applications
    • Hands on team player. Support and back up other staff members and perform a range of duties from routine to complex
    • Willing travel/ relocate to other state and country
