    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Description:
    • Manage and oversee all the contracted General Affairs service provider (facility management, procurements,etc.)
    • Manage and oversee the bidding processes and contractual agreements with third party provider (stationary, furniture’s, insurances, etc.)
    • Develop, implement and keep updated all the General Affairs related policies
    • Ensuring office and supporting facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
    • Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment.
    • Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
    • Develops and administers the annual budget.
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field , from reputable university
    • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Have management and leadership experience
    • Have good communication skill to all levels within the organization
    • Profound knowledge of facility management, procurement and general administration as well as familiarity with relevant laws and legislation
    • Good conceptual and analytical competences, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
    • Full-Time position(s) available

    Pros
    • Lingkugan kerja yang ada di sini lumayan bagus dan masih menerapkan sistem kekeluargaan dengan baik, semua karyawan dapat berbaur satu sama lain.
    • Ada bonus yang cukup besar bagi karyawan berprestasi, dengan adanya hal tersebut semangat kerja karyawan menjadi terpacu dengan lumayan baik.
    Cons
    • Benefit dari perusahaan masih kurang sehingga kesejahteraan tidak saya dapatkan, tunjangan kesehatan diberikan hanya untuk pribadi untuk keluarga tidak ada.
    • Atasan yang selalu menekan pada saat bekerja membuat fokus saya berkurang dan sering marah pada karyawan dengan alasan tidak jelas.
