Job Description :
  • Responsible to all HR matters in Regional Office.To plan, coordinate and supervise all HR activities and implementation (recruitment, training, personnel admin, industrial relation and employee development) in accordance with company as well as government regulation.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Maximum 28 years old.
  • Have knowledge on basic interview/Behavioral Event Interview.
  • Have good ability sourcing candidate.
  • Familiar with psychological testing.
  • Willing to be assigned contract based and travel business.
  • Young, creative, innivative and dynamic personality.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Wiling to be located in Medan, Pekanbaru dan Palembang.
