Customer Relationship Management Manager



    • To attract more shoppers into the mall and provide added value for Pacific Place shoppers generally, and Pacific Privilege Members specifically by means of consumer promotions as a reward for shoppers to increase customer’s loyalty to shopping at Pacific Place
    • Bachelor degree in Communication/Marketing/Management from reputable university
    • Minimum 5 years of Marketing communications and PR experience with additional 3 years of managerial position from related industry, with proven strong managerial and leadership skills
    • Fluent in formal and creative writing and speaking in English and Indonesian, outspoken, and possesses good public speaking skills
    • Have good media and PR networks
    • Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
    • Good integrity, team player, and have positive attitude
    • Good appearance, assertive and communicative
    • Good managerial and leadership skills
    • Creative and dynamic
    • additional skills: experience and skills in managing consumer promotional activity and retail / shopping mall related loyalty programs
