Job Description :
- Prepare proposal, negotiates and administers pre and post contracts using bidding strategies
- Calculating & Managing Production cost of the Projects and Company Products
- Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation. Valuations – including value engineering and management
- Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)
- Managing project funding sources and submitting bids. Arranging payments to suppliers and contractors
- Minimum S1 in Architect or Civil Engineering from a reputable university with
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum 5 years as Estimator in ME Projects/Consultant Management
- Well organized
- Good knowledge in Project System Management
- Have a responsibility, discipline, and dedication to the company
- Good personality and communication skills
- Hard working, out going personality, team work & initiative
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, creative and result-oriented
- Could speak and write English
- Candidate should willing to be placed at Site (Bali)
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills
