GENERAL MANAGER ACTIVATION
This position will report to Director in Indonesia.
- Broad-minded and dynamic (flexible) .Having integrity, leadership, managerial skill. More precedence to have knowledge and experience in activation industry. Able to build a solid team. Capable of coordinating all department section.
- He/she will manage relation communication across the company including creating excitement around new Brand product/Brand feature, channeling brand product feedback and managing issue resolution,
- Control and monitor the resolution some ensure in the budget , resources and time constraints set , ensure event completed in time
- Attend, present on and man the booths on industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Responsible for the target of annual sales and budget.
- Develop new activation programs that the Sales Team can sell to existing partners
- Male/ Female
- Max 45 years old
- Minimum Master degree in related field
- 3 years experiences in General Manager, from Activation Company will be preferred.
- Fluent in English both written and speaking are a MUST
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation
