DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Summary:
  • Conduct agency recruitment process for both agents and leaders. 
  • Focus in leading recruitment effort, i.e. develop policy, procedures, tools and innovative program to achieve manpower requirement.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of recruitment program and events. Involved in Leaders development program and assist leaders to prepare their recruitment strategy.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 - 45 years old
  • Bachelor Degree any major from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years experience in mass recruitment
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Agency of Life Insurance industry/Multi Level Marketing. Particularly has experience as recruiter or leader.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good networking skills
  • High level of energy
