DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Do monitoring, evaluate by recording or email service
  • Supporting each project with do hearing session and refreshment parameter
  • Providing recommendation / feedback to improve the quality
  • Report he finding to team leader, supervisor or manager to actionable
 
Requirements:
 
  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum 1 years experiences as call center quality assurance
  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Good communication, writing and typing skills

    Budaya kerja di dalam perusahaan menurut saya sudah meniru ala jepang dimana perusahaan menuntut semua hal terlampir dengan baik dan cekatan.
    Cons
    Tidak jelasnya management baik dari pekerjaan maupun transparasi performa kerja. Jenjang karir di dalam perusahaan pun masih kurang jelas dan cukup lambat.
