- Good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and able to work in team

A. JAKARTA RECRUITS. For those clients seeking personnel on a permanent basis. 1. Initial contacts. 2. Share information and gain knowledge of client's needs. 3. Signing the JAKARTA RECRUITS agreement, BSS starts recruiting process. 4. Client interviews the selected candidates sent. 5. Upon the acceptance of the candidate(s), the one time fee is applied. 6. Guarantee of free replacement within 12 months period is automatically applied upon a full settlement of the invoice within 14 working days of the date stated on it. B. JAKARTA TEMPS. For those client seeking personnel on temporary basis. 1. Initial contacts. 2. Share information : position sought, description of temps personnel required, qualifications of personnel, period of contracts, our daily or monthly rate, and so on. 3. Execute the assignment by searching for and recruiting the temps personnel as per client's requirements. 4. Client interviews the selected candidates. 5. Client signs the JAKARTA TEMPS agreement upon acceptance of our selected temps candidates 6. The timesheet that has been approved by your authorized personnel is used to calculate the invoice.
