Logistic Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Understand and control over all logistic operation (ordering process, import and export, inventory management, and delivery to customer)
  • Study and make process improvement
  • Study and make logistics cost reduction activities
 
Requirements :
 
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, (preferably those who was coming from Logistics/Transportation or Industrial Engineering major)
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Min. 5 years experienced in related field
  • Good understanding with logistic practice, export import regulation knowledge (preferably has certification in Customs / Ahli Kepabeanan)
  • Good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and able to work in team
  • Discipline, high fighting spirit to learn and self-develop
  • Strong leadership, business sense and analysis
  • Professional looking
  • Computer literate

Binajasa Sumber Sarana or as we are commonly known BSS Recruitment & Contract Personnel was established in April of 1986 in Jakarta in response to a growing need for experienced personnel in the rapidly developing economy of Indonesia. We are committed to giving our clients highly efficient services and simple procedures which are designed to satisfy the specific requirements of our clients. With more than 23 years experience in recruitment, we have successfully built up a large database that is regularly expanded and updated. Our state of the art system enables us to professionally find and locate almost any type of personnel sought. To meet our client's demand, we have also expanded the business by creating tailor made service to clients, to act as their Personnel Department by looking after the employee related / paperwork. This particular service will lessen the clients work load and paper work as BSS will manage thoroughly the administration i.e. legal aspects, tax, Jamsostek, working contracts, payroll and so on. This in the end will enable the client to focus more on their core business. In running their well-managed business in Indonesia, a Europe-based giant aircraft industry, an established foreign bank as well as a Finland-based manufacturing company have been using these specific service. Today, our product for recruitment services: Jakarta Recruits and Jakarta Temps are used on a regular basis to recruit permanent or temporary personnel by more than 800 well-respected international and local clients. With free replacement system, no advance payments, and only selected candidates forwarded, we successfully provide "peace of mind " recruitment service to clients to enable them to focus on their business competitiveness and success strategies.

A. JAKARTA RECRUITS. For those clients seeking personnel on a permanent basis. 1. Initial contacts. 2. Share information and gain knowledge of client's needs. 3. Signing the JAKARTA RECRUITS agreement, BSS starts recruiting process. 4. Client interviews the selected candidates sent. 5. Upon the acceptance of the candidate(s), the one time fee is applied. 6. Guarantee of free replacement within 12 months period is automatically applied upon a full settlement of the invoice within 14 working days of the date stated on it. B. JAKARTA TEMPS. For those client seeking personnel on temporary basis. 1. Initial contacts. 2. Share information : position sought, description of temps personnel required, qualifications of personnel, period of contracts, our daily or monthly rate, and so on. 3. Execute the assignment by searching for and recruiting the temps personnel as per client's requirements. 4. Client interviews the selected candidates. 5. Client signs the JAKARTA TEMPS agreement upon acceptance of our selected temps candidates 6. The timesheet that has been approved by your authorized personnel is used to calculate the invoice.
