• Establishing and reviewing all procedures in HR/GA Department based on the company's policy
  • Report to management of critical Human Resources situations and issues, manpower needs, hiring and termination practice
  • Improving the effective Recruitment System
  • Develop and implement HR System
  • Help develop and implement creative program, activities and services in HR/GA Department
  • To manage HR/GA Department, including coaching and review
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualification :
  • Maximum 33 year old
  • Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (Business Administration / Psychology / Human Resource Management / any major related)
  • At least having experience minimum 3 years proficiency as an HR
  • Understand and mastering HR system
  • Have conceptual ability to develop HR Policies
  • Skillfull to handle industrial and employment disputes
  • Fast pace in handling all HR issues
  • Strong in people leadership and situational leadership
  • Good communication and hard work, high accuracy, proactive, and tough
  • Good interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking
  • Able to work either in team or individually/independently
  • Have a good command in English both written and spoken
