    Business Process Improvement Supervisor
    Jakarta Raya
     
    Responsibilities:
    Under the supervision of GM Corporate Strategy the position is responsible for initiating, advising and monitoring continuous improvement to all business units under Mahadasha Group in operational area and ensure its alignment with their business objective.
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably from engineering or other related study
    • Minimum 4 years experience in business process improvement, Balance Score Card, Business Process Management
    • Experience in TQM and ISO
    • Advance skills in MS. Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
    • Good presentation & communication skill (public speaking)
    • Good analytical & conceptual thinking
    • Able to work in a team or individually
    • Good in both verbal and written English

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Terdapat kerja sama yang baik diantara karyawan. Mempunyai suasana kerja yang sangat nyaman dan rasa solidaritas yang cukup tinggi antar karyawan.
    • Kerjasama antar tim yang ada begitu luar biasa baik. Mempunyai manajemen yang baik pula membuat pekerjaan yang ada semakin lancar.
    Cons
    • Gaji yang diberikan masih kurang sesuai dengan harapan karyawan karena masih sesuai standar sehingga tidak terlalu besar. Peluang karir masih kurang menarik.
    • Disini tidak ada kesempatan untuk menjadi karyawan tetap sehingga untuk peluang karir disini tidak baik dan perusahaan pun masih kurang peduli.
