Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, incoming calls, order fulfilment 
  • Resolve customers requests, complaints and related matters
  • Support Company events and activities related to training
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in customer service, FMCG or retail
  • To work overtime or on public holidays as and when required
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Good PC skills and able to multi-task
