    Job Description
    • Lead Best Practice Demand Planning process across CCA
    • Mission:  The Demand Planning Team is recognized as the expert hub of all aspects of supply chain knowledge flow;
    • Enabling CCA to provide World Class Customer Service at Maximum Efficiency
    • Drive Customer Service improvements and resolve demand and supply constraints via Sales and Operations Planning process
     
    Job Responsibilities

    Demand Planning
    • Coach Demand Planners to drive continuous improvements in demand plan accuracy
    • Drive best practice in Demand Planning and S&OP at CCA
    • Benchmarking - build relationships with customers, other FMCG companies and external bodies
    • Continuous Improvement – processes, systems and reporting capability
    • Provide business a view of forecasting performance, risks regarding demand plan vs financial plan
    • Provide business with NPD performance trackers.
     
    Achieve Demand Plan Consensus
    • Influence sales, customer and operations to ensure Demand & Supply Plans are aligned to customer and business strategies
    • New products (comparison to customer/business expectations)
    • Demand Plan is aligned to business expectations and risks communicated through Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process
    • Supply Plans are consistent with meeting Demand Plan expectations (Peak Period Planning, Strategic Stock, Customer Inventory Service Policy)
    • Facilitate monthly Demand Review and drive resolution of demand and supply issues via S&OP process
    • Drive understanding of the importance of Demand Planning across the organization
    Communicate Demand (“communication hub”)
    • Manage communication between sales and operations to ensure consistent responsiveness to issues and decision making
    • Sales – supply constraints that impact customer service (eg supplier issue resulting in prolonged out of stock)
    • Operations – significant changes to demand plan within lead time (eg brand changes - concentrate ordering)
    • Communicate Demand Plan and associated assumptions and risks through S&OP process to ensure issue resolution
     
    Drive Customer Service
    • Lead the management of demand risks and opportunities
    • Improvement of stock availability via DIFOTAI review process
    • Management of aged stock via Slow Moving and Excess Stock process
    • Identify and manage prioritisation of order fulfilment/customer requirements when supply constraints arise
    • Communication of supply constraints and impact on order fulfilment across all customers
    • Management of Stock Allocation Process
    • Work with Supply Planning to ensure effectiveness of Customer Inventory Service Policy

    • rekan kerja di perusahaan yang sangat ramah, pimpinan perusahaan yang tidak arogan dan fasilitas perusahaan yang sangat baik, sehingga karyawan dapat bekerja dengan baik.
    Cons
    • Untuk departemen IT banyak karyawan yang "disimpan" disini tanpa perubahan selama bertahun-tahun. Manajemen agar memberikan kesempatan job rotation agar pekerjaan tidak monoton terus.
    • pimpinan perusahaan jarang ada dilapangan, banyak pencurian di lingkungan perusahaan dan sering mengalami banjir sehingga sangat sulit untuk masuk kerja.
