Health Safe Environment (HSE) Supervisor

    • Manage programs such as accident reporting and investigation, job safety analysis/hazard identification and hazard assessment
    • Oversees Occupational Safety, and related programs to the conformance of company and business objectives
    • Monitor workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies and government safety regulations
    • Develop safety training materials and deliver safety training
    • Develop and ensure the implementation of safety policies
    • Ensure that each job has comprehensive SOP and that the SOP is followed
    • Observe workers and make sure that they wear proper PPEs
    • Conduct accident investigation when a workplace accident occurs
    • Provide/distribute HSE promotion materials and  safety communication
    • Manage HSE filing and ensure compliance of OHSMS
    • Support all internal and external audits, inspection activities and inquiries
    • Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor and management
    Requirements :
    • Minimum S1 in Occupational Health and Safety or equal experiences
    • Minimum 4 years working experience within HSE function, includes at least 2 years as an HSE Supervisor
    • Must have good driving skill and Possess SIM A
    • Have good understanding in OHSMS (SMK3)/CSMS, and OHSAS 18001

    • Lingkungan yang nyaman dan tunjangan yang diberikan sangat lumayan dimana atasan yang nyaman di perusahaan sehingga karyawan akan nyaman untuk bekerja.
    • Lingkungan perusahaan yang nyaman dan gaji yang diberikan sangat lumayan untuk karyawan yang memiliki potensi yang lebih di lingkungan perusahaan.
    • Lemburan yang tidak ikut hitungan dalam tunjangan yang kurang menunjang dan tidak sesuai dengan kinerja karyawan yang diberikan ada perusahaan.
    • Sistem kerja shift dan jam lembur yang kurang bersahabat sehingga karyawan sangat kurang nyaman karena jam kerja sangat diforsir sehingga waktu istirahat berkurang.
