    Job Description :
    To be involved with recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints). The job involves coordinating all the GA and IT function.
    Work Activities :
    1.) Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
    2.) Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding on how best to advertise
    3.) Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques including psychometric testing Interviewing
    shortlisted candidates
    4.) Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
    5.) Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues
    eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities.
    6.) Managing grievances/ complaints and implementing disciplinary procedures
    7.) Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
    8.) Build strong relationships with local organizations, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, learning and
    development suppliers to enable Company to achieve business objectives.
    9.) Assist in the development and implementation of programs that will drive increased employee satisfaction and
    commitment levels.
    10.) Provide assistance to Managers on personnel matters in order to ensure compliance with local Employment Act and
    Industrial Relation Act.
    11.) Administers benefits programs such as medical, dental, and any other employee’s assistance programs that are
    deemed appropriate and relevant to industry.
    12.) Coordinating all IT matters within the factory with a help of local & global IT team.
    13.) Coordinating of all General Affair with the help of GA staff
    14.) Perform other duties of a similar nature or level

    Essential Criteria :
    • Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing
    • Familiar with the operations and procedures of the production line
    • Hands on and resourceful to manage administrative work
    • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels
    • Experience in managing people and direct reports;
    • Good EA and IR knowledge
    • Good leadership qualities and able to work independently, mature and high integrity
    • Fluent in English both written & spoken
