Room Division Manager



    • Manage the daily activities of the department, plan and organize work, communicate goals and schedule.
    • Maintains a high level communications and feedback within the rooms divisions section.
    • Management of the daily front office operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Gardener Department as well as other guest services
    • Ensure that service standards are maintained at all times as well as the meeting of the customer’s needs
    • Oversee the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and costumers of the hotel
    • Monitor and review quality standards for the departments.
    • Make sure to establish and maintain standards and procedures of standards for each Front Office, Housekeeping and Gardener Department.
    • Supervise continuous 7 day/week for Front office, Housekeeping, Gardener operation, night audit, operations and assigned staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and scheduling work.
    • Ensuring all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements
    • Responsible for the short and long term planning and the management of the Rooms operations in the front and back of the house to deliver exceptional resort experiences for guests, owners, employees and other stakeholders
    • Deliver operational results in the business of delivering exceptional resort experiences by maximizing revenue and minimizing costs
    • Create, implement and continuously improve systems, standards, policies and processes for resort management, measurement and control
    • Other add duties by management assigned from time to time
    Requirements :
    • Minimum Al  least 2 years of working experience as Room Division Manager preferred in hotel industry
    • Able to converse well in English, for spoken and written also
    • Independent, organized, with positive work attitude
    • Fluent in computer literate is a must
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skill
    • Excellent communication skills with the passion to serve
    • Good leadership and communication skill is preferred
    • Good communication skill and are able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to work under pressure
    • Applicant must have good communication skill combine with flexible, team orientated skill.
