Job Description :
  • Execute and manage real estate sales operations, responsible for selling real estate units Identify
  • Implement and manage marketing/development plans that will support sales
  • Assess, measure, and maintain sales performance
  • Supervise, manage, and train Salespersons
  • Ensure Sales Target are reached
  • Focus on building sales team, and to identify shortcomings, and permanent development of sales operations
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Assign floor duty and open houses
  • Approve all contracts that are relatedto sales
  • Keep and report records of sales’ productivity
  • Interview and hire new sales associates
  • Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
  • Maintain accurate information on company website
  • Draft Press Releases, represent the company to media outlets
  • Forecast Sales income and expenses
  • Accomplish financial objectives by paying bills, preparing an annual budget with assistance, scheduling expenditures,
  • Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties regularly

Qualification :
  • Age maximum 40
  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant industry or business
  • An experience at least 5 Years in a similar role
  • Based in Cibinong, Bogor
  • Able to lead and motivate people, and be loyal
  • Preferably communicate in Indonesian and English
