Qualification/ Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having experience in hospiality industry as Front Desk Agent or Guest Relation Officer is an advantage
  • Excellent in English, both written and spoken, other language is an advantage
  • Highly motivated & strong leadership
  • passionate, enthusiastic & energic personality. 
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
Job Description:
  • Greet & Register incoming Guest;
  • Handle guest request & complaints promptly with courtesy
  • Maintain efficient & effective flow or information with guests & all internal departments/ tenants
