    Your role
    As HR Data Analytics Intern, your responsibilities will involve:
    • Assisting HR department in preparing & rolling out Employee Engagement Survey
    • Data input and analytics
     
    Your Skills and Experience
    As Data Analytics Intern, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
    • Bachelor degree student in any major from reputable University
    • Advance in Ms. Excel (pivot table & vlookup)
    • Experienced in Data analytics projects
    • Meticulous and good attention to details
    • Good command of English, both oral and written

    Pros
    • Merupakan perusahaan yang sudah cukup dikenal di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang asuransi. Perusahaan ini juga cukup memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannnya.
    • Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan asuransi lainnya, perusahaan ini mampu memberikan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik. Di antaranya benefit yang diberikan di tempat ini tergolong besar.
    Cons
    • Manajemen perusahaannya masih bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Di samping itu, untuk struktur organisasinya sebaiknya dibuat lebih simpel lagi agar karyawan mengerti tiap-tiap job descnya.
    • Budaya kerja yang kurang baik karena masih membedakan perlakuan terhadap karyawannya berdasarkan rasnya. Atasannya masih menggunakan sistem like dan dislike dalam mengevaluasi kinerja bawahannya.
