    • S1 Hospitality / Tourism
    • 4 - 5 years experience in manager and coordination of restaurant operation
    • Good personality, honest, discipline, self initiatives, creative, innovative, good communication, strict and self confident.
    • Good knowledge about Hygiene and Sanitation
    • Capable to make planning, forecasting, & Reporting
    • You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Ersons Food Group brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
    • Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
