Management Development Program (MDP)
MDP is a program to develop future leaders with 12 months in class, on-the-job training that will prepare you for posting either at branch/sales head or groom you to be a department head in operations, IT, Technique, Marketing, Subscriber Management, HRD, Finance Accounting. As a fast track program, we will challenge you to lead a team, assign to solve problems and various projects. At the end of training, you will be placed according to the stream of career you choose with 24 months bonding contract.
We invite top graduates from reputable university local/overseas, preferably master degree with min GPA 3.0 (scale 4.0)
Majoring in Business/Accounting/Finance/Engineering /IT/Marketing/Human Resources/Broadcasting/Aerospace.
Max age of 27 with 1-3 years of working experience,
You should be a young leader with high energy, persistent, target oriented, analytical, and able to handle pressure. Computer literate and good English proficiency.
You will be placed around Indonesia.
