DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible in making contract letter/offering letter
  • Input Customer Contract and Sales Order
  • Coordination with related departments within the company
  • Responsible for filling systems of marketing/sales documents
  • Provide weekly & monthly sales report to superior
  • Managing daily sales schedule
  • Provide database of customer
  • Input data to Oracle (ERP System)
  • Assisting internal admin tasks such as admin of sales tender, etc
 
Requirements:
 
  • Diploma/Bachelor degree from Marketing/Finance/Accounting/Management/Economic/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • At least 1 year of working experience as Administration Staff (preferably as Admin Sales & Marketing), but fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Excellent skill to operate computer (MS Office, esp. MS Excel)
  • Have a good administration skill such as filing and updating records
  • Have a good communication, great analytical, &interpersonal skills and able to work well independently or in a team
  • Familiar with ERP Program/System such as SAP, Oracle, etc
  • Willing to travel if necessary by the company
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
