Job Description:
  • Responsible to manage and drive sales team to achieve the sales targets
  • Marketing strategy to reach the target
  • Sensitive and responsive to the current market situation, related to the sales activity
  • Build and maintain a good business network  and working relationship with customer and potential buyers to enhance sales
  • Able to find prospective buyer and close the deal
  • To oversee staf working practices and ensure staff conduct them selves in a professional manner
Requirement:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree any related discipline
  • Minimun  10 years experience in Sales Manager in  Property Business (Apartment)
  • Have a good personality, attractive, creative and innovative
  • Have a good network and databased in  Sales & Marketing Property Business
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skill
  • High proficiency in English, both oral or written
