  • Menyiapkan keperluan rapat agenda pimpinan termasuk aktivitas lain seperti perjalanan dinas.
  • Mengatur korespondensi dan filling serta menjalankan tugas-tugas kesekretarisan lainnya.
Requirement :
 
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 (Diutamakan sekretaris).
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai sekretaris direksi.
  • Mengerti Inggris merupakan nilai tambah
  • Berpenampilan energik dan menarik.
  • Mahir korespondensi dan filling.
  • Mahir mengoperasikan Ms Office

As an overview, NAG was first established as PT Mekar Armada Jaya founded in 1974 as an auto body manufacture in Magelang, Central Java. After 39 years, we have developed into one of the high-value national companies which is supported by 12.610 employees in 49 cities around Indonesia.

    Manajemen perusahaan sudah terorganisir dengan baik. Nilai budaya yang diterpkan pun sudah cukup baik dan jenis pekerjaan yang menarik pun membuat pekerjaan menjadi menyenangkan.
    Cons
    Produksi agar lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Gaji maupun tunjangan juga masih belum memuaskan sehingga staff dan karyawan di sini pun terlihat kurang maksimal dalam bekerja.
