    • Handling travel insurance.
    • Handling customer complaint.
    • Consulting for tourism and hospitality options for travelers from Japan and or Indonesia
    • Responsible for Customer Service and Customer Relations..
    • Increase sales of customers.
    • Handling subordinates/employee.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English and/or Japanese and/or Mandarin
    • Working in the same Industry (Travel/Tourism/Hotel) is a must.
    • Have costumer service attitude.
