Job Description:
  • Plan and execute hospital business strategies
  • Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field from reputable university
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have management and leadership experience
  • Have good communication skill to all levels within the organization
  • Good conceptual and analytical competences, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Required language(s): English
  • Working Location : Bangka
