- Conduct recruitment process for outlet and office staff untill management level according to company policies and requirements.
- Assess Psychology test, interview and employee evaluations
- Handling employee contracts, industrial relations and labour relations including with Government institution (Disnaker)
- Handling employee insurance e.g BPJS, Jamsostek, etc including relation to related institutions
- Using balance scorecard and training need analysis for people development
- Made store evaluation based on man power issues
- Updated contracts, policies etc based on government roles and market or competitor policies to be decided by HR & GA Manager.
- Report to HR & GA Manager
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having a good skill and experience in psychology test and interview.
- Ready to travel outside jakarta regularly
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
