  • Conduct recruitment process for outlet and office staff untill management level according to company policies and requirements.
  • Assess Psychology test, interview and employee evaluations
  • Handling employee contracts, industrial relations and labour relations including with Government institution (Disnaker)
  • Handling employee insurance e.g BPJS, Jamsostek, etc including relation to related institutions
  • Using balance scorecard and training need analysis for people development
  • Made store evaluation based on man power issues
  • Updated contracts, policies etc based on government roles and market or competitor policies to be decided by HR & GA Manager.
  • Report to HR & GA Manager

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having a good skill and experience in psychology test and interview.
  • Ready to travel outside jakarta regularly¬†
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
