RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for all recruitment process, from hiring to firing.
  2. Handling overall Personnel and GA operationally
  3. Maintain Personal Files for all staffs.
  4. Provides HR administrative/ clerical/ transactional support to one or more functional areas of HR such as personnel records, employee or labor relations, governmental compliance/ government relation.
  5. Compile reports and statistical data.
  6. Keeping a proper and systematic record of documentations.

DESIRED SKILL & EXPERTISE:                

  1. Recognized degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent with 4 years’ relevant experiences.
  2. Have min. 5 years experience in managerial skill.
  3. Having knowledge and experience in DISC tool is a must
  4. Having strong leadership, quick thinking ability.
  5. Strong and demonstrated knowledge of Employment Law are required.
  6. Perform excellence communication skill.
  7. Possess a positive working attitude with good initiative.
  8. Detailed oriented and good in planning and organizing works.
