- Bachelor Degree in Law or Management, preferably Bachelor in Law Science or psychology.

- Hard skill in legal drafting.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work out of business hour.
- Have strong mentality, hardworking, and excellent healthy
- High level of proficiency in English Language (oral &written)
- Deep knowledge of Labor Law (UUTK No. 13 Tahun 2003)
- Understand about "Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas"
- Able to manage company licensing.
- Lease with government institutions.
- Well knowledge of company's legal standing
- Well understand about Human Resources Information System, Industrial Relation, BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, General Affair, Insurance, Asset Management / Inventory, HSE & 5S.
- Able to manage Employee Administration Duties (Warning Letter, Employee Termination, Benefit, Healthy Claim, Insurance, Absentee, On leave, Over Time Handling, Company Rule, & Security Log Book)
- Strong in using of Internet Browsing, Email, & Microsoft Aplications (MS Office)
- Have strong analytical.
