DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities:
  • Handle everything in export casting from looking new customer
  • Follow up receiving PO, monitoring production to delivery will be on time on schedule
  • Handling payment from customer also schedule
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers
  • Negotiating until closing customers
  • Reach sales target
  • Preparing regular report for sales manager
  • Developing market and customers
 
Requirements
  • fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Good looking, camera face, attractive personality
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in  any field, freshgraduate are welcomed
  • Able to use power point, excel, gmail, and have good presetation skills
  • Freshgraduate Welcome
  • 1 years of work experience and have good knowledge about marketing Export is preferred
  • Able to work with strict deadlines and high pressure situations
  • Have a high commitment to work, self motivated, and eager to achieve sales target
  • Able to work in a team or/and indepedently
  • Energetic, strong and good analyzing skill, Computer Literate, and have excellent verbal also written communication skill

Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama is the manufacturer of Stainless Steel Sanitary Valves and Fittings and a distributor of Stainless Steel Sanitary piping located in Tangerang, Banten – Indonesia. The company goal was to fulfill the needs of the local Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries which were dependant on imported fittings and valves. This was in line with the strong economic growth in Indonesia and the increasing demand for Stainless Steel Sanitary products. Our products are now exported to other Asian countries as well as Australia, Europe, Canada, and the United States of America. Until now, PT. Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama is still the only manufacturer of Stainless Steel Sanitary Valves and Fittings in South East Asia, and this fact has influenced the fast growth of the company. To accelerate the companies objectives, in 1996 the Stainless Steel Invesment Casting Division was established to provide Stainless Steel Sanitary components and other precision cast component. Currently, our company is divided into 2 Divisions which is Stainless Steel Sanitary Fittings and Valves, and Stainless Steel Investment Casting.

Cons

Tingkat kesejahteraan para pegawainya masih tergolong kurang. Perusahaan perlu mengkaji ulang struktur gaji dan kenaikan gaji pegawainya. Jenjang karir juga perlu diperjelas lagi.
