    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    - Organize preventive and maintenance activities and projects in electrical and instrumentation (DCS)
    - Fulfill maintenance KPI and & target
    - Prepare documentation for audit
    - Manage contractors and vendor for maintenance
    - Control inventory, warehouse & workshop, and reporting

    Requirement :
    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (Electrical)
    - Required language(s): English
    - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the relate fields and have knowledge in DCS, ISO Standard & Documentation
    - Applicants must be willing to work in Puloampel - Bojonegara (Kab Serang - Banten).

    Benefit yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawannya menurut saya sudah cukup baik. Selain itu, perusahaan juga sudah cukup baik dalam mempekerjakan karyawannya.

    Cons

    Perusahaan masih dirasa kurang memberikan apresiasi kepada karyawannya yang berprestasi. Selain itu, perusahaan juga masih memiliki jenjang karir yang kurang jelas.
