- Arrange candidate's interview schedule with the recruiter
- Ensure all new joiner's administration related to recruitment complete
- Prepare staff card for all new joiner
- Input biodata into HR System
- Welcoming new employee and introduce to company's member
- Make candidate's tracking report in weekly basis
- Prepare walk-in interview and organize interview room before the interview
- Support all administration related to recruitment
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- English is a must
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
