Job Description:
  • Arrange candidate's interview schedule with the recruiter
  • Ensure all new joiner's administration related to recruitment complete 
  • Prepare staff card for all new joiner
  • Input biodata into HR System
  • Welcoming new employee and introduce to company's member
  • Make candidate's tracking report in weekly basis
  • Prepare walk-in interview and organize interview room before the interview
  • Support all administration related to recruitment
 
Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • English is a must
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
